Raleigh, North Carolina: North Hills, the award winning project on the outskirts of Raleigh, presents a premium menswear event, conceived in the Carolina skies by two executives who share a love of flying.

Over $2,000,000 worth of sportcoats, trousers, suits, sweaters, shirts, socks and ties from eleven of the finest men's stores across the country, California and Texas to the Carolinas, have come together under one roof at North Hills in perhaps the first such venture of its kind.

The idea originated with Rick Polley, Director of Asset Management at Kane Realty Corp., the developer of North Hills, and a flying buddy, who also happens to be one of the cooperating manufacturers. Both men attest to the unique nature of the event. They declined to identify participating stores to protect trade relationships.

But labels consolidated in 8900 sq. ft. of available space at North Hills reads like a Who's Who of top line men's fashions: Bill's Khaki's, Corneliani, Nat Nast, Robert Talbott, Scott Barber and Zegna among them. Vendors participating directly include Ibiza, maker of designer suits and sportcoats; Majer, a trouser maker to better stores for generations; a Carolina sportswear manufacturer, plus several makers of private label tailored clothing and shirts for high end stores.

Prices mostly are 60% to 75% off original retail and everything is at least 50% off.
